Refund Policy

At WiseOwl.Coach, we strive to provide high-quality coaching and consulting services to our clients. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

  1. General Refund Policy – As a general rule, WiseOwl.Coach does not provide refunds for services rendered or for coaching sessions that have already been conducted. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Coaching Sessions

    2.1 Cancellation by the Client – If you need to cancel a scheduled coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

    2.2 Rescheduling by the Client – If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you must submit your request at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Requests for rescheduling received less than 48 hours before the session may be denied, and the session fee may be forfeited.

    2.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Coach – Our coaches reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with advance notice and offer alternative arrangements.

  3. Refund Requests

    3.1 Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • Services were not rendered as promised or were significantly different from what was described.
  • There were significant errors or deficiencies in the services provided.
  • Exceptional personal circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters) prevented you from utilizing the services.

    3.2 Refund Process :
    To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our customer support team within 7 days of the incident or service in question. The request should include detailed reasons for the refund, along with any supporting documentation.
    Our team will review the request and provide a response within 14 business days. If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 30 days of the approval date.

  1. Limitations and Exclusions

    4.1 WiseOwl.Coach reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
    4.2 Refunds will not be granted for services that have been partially or fully utilized, except in cases where there were significant deficiencies or errors in the services provided.
    4.3 Refunds will not be granted for any auxiliary costs, such as travel expenses or materials purchased separately.

  2. Legal Compliance:
    This refund policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state where Edify Consultants Private Limited is registered.
