Shipping and Exchange Policy

Service Delivery

Our coaching services and training programs are delivered online through our website and mobile app. There are no physical products shipped.

Access and Scheduling

  • Service Access: Upon purchase, clients will receive access to our online coaching sessions and training materials.
  • Scheduling: Sessions can be scheduled at the client’s convenience through our online booking system. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the session without any penalty.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Clients may cancel their coaching sessions up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded.
  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for completed sessions. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for unused services.

Exchange Policy

As our services are personalized and delivered digitally, exchanges are not applicable.
